  • What do I stand to lose in 5 years, by keeping things exactly as they are?
  • If you know someone who has made positive changes for their health, what benefits do you think they gained?
  • What consequences do you think your current state of health has on you or your loved ones?
  • How could your life become more ideal if you made healthy changes?
  • What things exist close to where you live that might make it easier to change your health? (Are there walking trails, groups to join, classes to take?)
