Action stage of change
Congratulations on your efforts already! Not everyone makes it to this point, so take a moment to appreciate the progress you’ve made. Even though you’re already moving, coaches can still be a helpful support system when the going gets tough, as it eventually will.

- Who is in your corner supporting you through this process?
- How can resources in your community support your process of changing?
- What feels most rewarding about being at this point in your journey?
- What challenges do you see on the horizon that you can plan for?
